I’ve dated a lot of women since mansplaining became a thing, and I honestly don’t know if I ever pissed a woman off with mansplaining. Just about every time I explained literally anything, I disarmed any potential bitchery by telegraphing it with a tongue-in-cheek lead-in like “Supreme beings such as myself are loathe to descend from our intellectual thrones and mansplain to you mere mortals the following, but....”

It sounds like she suffers from a fat case of the Bi-polar. For whatever reason, women who have this will try to hide it from their SO. They will slowly let it rear it's ugly head as the relationship progresses. She feels she has you on lockdown now and is able to start letting it come out. Manipulation seems to be a big part. Start watching for little signs of manipulation.
Also, the crying thing is used a s a manipulation weapon. Expect to start seeing that more. She tested it, you immediately caved and apologized (for nothing) so she has noted that you have the vaginitis and will use this as a control mechanism.
You should be honest with her and let her know that her little outburst bothers you. This is to be said after you have packed your shite and are prepared to be gone like the last wing at a fat-girl meeting.
Good luck running, and don't forget the ring belongs to you until you have both said I Do.

Sounds like she was able to hide her cuntness from you for a while and it is starting to come out. The signs are there that this woman will make you miserable and you should definitely gtfo as fast as you can.

She’s going to work in a mostly women environment. If she is this easily changed by a few hours how do you think she will respond to people she spends 40-50 hours a week hearing? Because all it takes is 1-2 women to become single and/or unhappy and it will spread like wildfire.
Edit: Also she sounds like the type to really think highly of herself once she “is basically a doctor.”
