My Car Has Been Starting and Running By Itself

This ever happen to anyone else? I have a remote starting car (Challenger - GOAT) so at first I figured it's someone else or a prank or something as it happened while sitting in a remote parking lot this past Sunday.
I thought it was odd but coughed it up to some funny business. Then, this morning, I opened the door to go outside and notice my car is running and that it cranked a few minutes before (could tell by the coolness inside the car). The odd thing, though, is I had the only working remote entry key and I live out in the country with no one else around. On top of that, when using remote start, I would have to press the button to drive the car once inside. When I got in, that was not needed - meaning it was cranked from inside the car and ready to drive.
It's kinda odd and now I am thinking it is some kinda defect. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,
theunknownknight

Is your car named Christine?

Sounds like we need to change your name to Knight Rider. Your car is smart enough to know it's balls hot outside and he wants you to get into a cool car.

You're too slow getting ready. It's impatient.

Subtle brag about haunted car. You're much cooler than the rest of us unhaunted car owners, congrats.

I'd definitely take it to a shop before you give your entire family carbon monoxide poisoning or your car decides to turn on and shift gears and goes through a garage or wall.

I can set mine to come on at specific times to heat and cool the car... It's not a Dodge though.
