My brother in law is letting my 10 y/o niece play poker for money

It's a family hold em tournament with a $10 buy in. I told him that was illegal but he ignored me.

Should I warn him and call the law if he doesnt stop it?

I hate playing poker with little kids. You think you’ll clean them out, but it’s tough to get a read, when they don’t even know what they have.
