They definitely beat him into submission, but it took a civilian intervening for them to be in any sort of position other than just squaring off.
THEN, people tried to stop them from delivering justice-by-the-whack.
That this assclown felt he was justified in doing that, especially in broad daylight, is the problem and I believe a large part of that justification comes from there being such a large number of Muslims in the area.
An incompatible culture in a foreign land tends to cluster together for security. The more members they have, the more secure they feel within their cluster AND the more they feel justified in impressing their culture onto others.

Oh shite, a video from the documented Russian-run, bullshite poster RadioGenoa that includes no supporting news article or information of any kind? And the video was shot in the UK by a guy who was randomly filming the negative space behind a woman spwaking, but has almost no spoken English from any of the particpants? and the pixels blur anytime writing could get close enough to be read?

My favorite part of the video is when the guy who decided to run up and sneak attack 2 cops then decides that he'll hang around waiting to get beat up and arrested instead of running.

They knew what to do......draw a gun and defend yourself, but oh wait.....they didn't have a gun and neither did any of the bystanders. The cops were outgunned by a man carrying a knife.
