September has been pretty brutal in Austin. Broke a record set in 2011 for most 100 degree days and we still have 5 more days to go.

A cooler October 5 would be nice for our first ever 11 am non-conference game in Tiger Stadium.

Never trust the GFS when it shows a cold front in the long range. It’s done that for a while now, and it has yet to verify.

The new GFS was too aggressive with cold and snow last winter, looks to be the same this year.

The west should be pretty cool this weekend. Saw some blizzard discussions up in northern Montana. If we could just get that air east of the Rockies.

It wasn't originally scheduled for 10 am. It doesn't apply.

Whoah. I’m going camping exactly where they moved the frozen spot in CO next weekend for first time with my lady (who has never camped). Awesome

That’s not what you said though. You were talking “first ever”.

If we're being gay I said first ever 11 am game. Which it is. App State was at 10 am.

Hey Weather Channel talking about a big dump of snow in Montana this weekend. It's a little far from us but it looks like the northern hemisphere is starting to understand summer is over. Lower temperatures will move our way sooner or later.

Back on September 10th, the GFS had the projected high in Birmingham today (Sept. 26th) at 69°.

The forecast high in Birmingham today, Sept. 26th? 96°.
