They're saying 3 vehicles involved, and the hit was planned by a "group of individuals"
Phrases being used.
"There's a certain group of individuals"
We don't say "gang related" because that describes organization, we use the term "group related."
Also, they're thinking that a full auto weapon was used.
"The suspects vehicle is on scene, but the suspects are missing. We think someone may have picked them up"
