Who needs to put an old lady in a trunk in order to rob her? Sounds more like a criminal (gang) was making a statement. It may have been as simple as she told some young thugs she would report their activity.

Whenever your body is found in a trunk, it probably isn't anything except homicide.

I knew Sadie and she was a really wonderful woman whose legacy has been tarnished by some sick disgusting and vile human being. I meet her years ago and always made it a point to donate to her Museum every year. She wanted to preserve history so that people would always remember the past and not forget it and as not some rabble rousing poverty pimp who used the cause to help themselves.
She will be missed. With that said I suspect a grandchild or relative was responsible for this sick act.

This is the stuff the BLM folks should come and be up in arms about.
Instead it will be blamed on “the lack of education and job opportunities”.......which is BS.
We have a thriving community college and trade school options in the area. Also work initiates that take people, train them, and send them into really good paying jobs.
