I think my favorite annoyance that they do is rolling through stop signs.
They are vehicles who have to follow the rules of the road when it suits them apparently.

Cyclists should follow rules of the road and ride as predictably as possible but this argument is bullshite. It would be valid if no cars ever rolled stops, exceeded the speed limit, or turned without signaling.

The cyclist was in the wrong lane to be making a right turn. I get that he wants to swing wide to make the turn easier, but if you do that without looking and get hit, it's on you.
And then he turns into an a-hole. Must be the biker panties.

I’d like to to see the 10 seconds before that video. Was the cyclist in the right lane and moved wide to turn right for a split second?

Agreed, same here. Based on where it starts you can't tell if the cyclist makes the wide move to turn right and the motorcycle tried to pass, or if he was actually in the middle lane. You also can't tell if the bicyclist signaled that he was about to turn either.
However, even if he was in the right lane and was going wide to make the turn, he very clearly went out of the lane and into the center lane. So either way, this is mostly on the bicyclist.
But dudes on motorcycles are also known for driving like assholes and trying to pass people when they shouldn't. So this one is interesting.

It's a bike, not a fricking 18 wheeler. He didn't need to be a full lane over to turn right.
