Suing a daycare would be a waste of money and time. Best thing to do is go there, demand answers as to why a child was allowed to do that much damage, maybe knock the shite out of them and then call police.

Most decent sized daycares will have an insurance policy with fairly high limits.

What kind of baby zombies do they have there? I’m guessing this story is bs, and she made the marks (hopefully with a stamp or marker vs actually simulating biting her kid) and is gonna get busted

Son of a bitch! I saw that a few days ago. Some of those even look like lipstick kiss marks and some look like kid sized bite marks.
That's just hideous.
I remember our daughter coming home from day care 2 or 3 times with a raw bottom because the person watching after her age group (around 18 months) was too fricking lazy to change her poo-poo diaper. It was so raw that she had to soak in warm water to even be able to clean her and use desiten. And this is a daycare is highly regarded and has a waiting list. My wife was seriously pissed.
The college student intern was fired for neglect.
That's just hideous.
