Look, it's deplorable on several levels. But illegal? Grown arse consenting adults and neither being retarded or whatever.....Why should we tell them where they can orgasm in their home?

Inbreds have a much higher chance of congenital birth defects. These birth defects can often be debilitating and they become wards of the state. I don't care what they frick but don't frick your mom, sister, dad, brother, etc.

I get it, but what if she or him or both would be absolutely incapable of having more children.....no chance of offspring....still illegal?

If two queers can hook up, then why not family? Why not incestuous polygamy? Just consenting adults! And why not all legally married. And if worried about having a birth defect baby, zie, she, it can always take birth control or if the female (that is the entity with female gender organs, not claimed sex) gets pregnant she, zie, it can kill the fetus.
