I have several.

Tony Taylor. Running back at Northwestern State in the early 2000’s. I was told he was leaving early for the NFL and was good. So I got his signature. Last I heard he made the practice squad for the cowboys his first year I think.

Worked as a volunteer at a charity Hal Sutton golf tournament in Shreveport. Got a couple of autographs. My friend, who watches golf, assures me they all suck.

Halftime of a LSU basketball game. My buddy and I decide to go get the LSU’s dance team’s autographs as they are signing posters in the lobby by the concessions. We were going to talk to some hotties. Dancers never even looked up while they signed the posters. I did keep this poster on my dorm room wall for awhile.

My grandparents took me to the saints practice facility when I was 8 and I saw some players walking down a hallway. I ran under the retractable line barriers to go after them. A security guard stopped me and asked where I was going and in my 8 year old panic I asked him for his autograph. He laughed and signed my shirt and sent me back to my grandparents.

That’s the most useless one I have

I have dozens of minor league autographs from the early 00’s. Mostly in the Astros farm system.

Are you the kind of guy that pays a kid to go get an autograph signed, then sells it for a big markup on eBay?

Not useless, but my dad was on a business trip in Seattle in the very early 90s and Muhammad Ali was signing autographs at a video rental place next door to his hotel, randomly. So he went and got an autograph on a video rental card. He was starting to shake a good bit at this time.

Went to an LSU football game in 97 or 98.

At the time, and for years later, I was under the impression that I had Kevin Faulk's autograph.

It was not until later in my life that my Dad let me know that it was actually just the signature of some random guy.

Pretty useless.

Loretta Lynn (obtained in the late 80's). Only useless as the gov't and their infinite list of incompetent moving contractors lost my personal goods shipment from overseas where it was obtained.
