Don't know if you'd count the Ottoman-Habsburg Wars since they started before 1550, but the 1683 Battle of Vienna was a massive turning point for continental Europe.
Ultimately, I have to agree with WW1 and the assassination of Franz Ferdinand. That satisfies your criteria more than anything else I can think of.

World War II. Development of the nuclear bomb, and introduction of the weapon in combat.
Just a matter of time before some radical Islamic country gains access to that capability and uses it.

WW2 was a staged dialectic for many many agendas, destroying Europe and America was one of them (yes, Europe and America’s futures were destroyed by this event).
Destroying infrastructure and architecture that doesn’t fit into our timeline.
Creating Israel (created by Germany before WW2 lol) and executing the narrative that managed to ERASE the mass genocide of 60+million non-papacy Christians and their churches while inverting it into a permanent victimhood story about 6 million Jews (this didn’t actually happen and the people in question are not even actual Jews) was obviously a major agenda of that fake war to create all these issues we have today which will be solved with technocracy as planned.

Example of goalposts moving:
From the end of WW2 until the 19-fricking-90’s it was believed 4 million people were killed at Auschwitz.
The 6 million total was tallied using 4 million deaths at Auschwitz.
The plaque that said 4 million died had to be REMOVED after 50+ years.
They concede over 3 million of those deaths never happened at Auschwitz (that’s confirmed by Auschwitz, itself), the remaining number they claim did die there is the absolute max they can get away with to somehow maintain the narrative but of course the new number is not accurate either. And they’ve had to sorta make up where these 3+ million people were killed to keep the 6 million narrative.
There is endless evidence for things before, during and after the war that make this nothing more than a total scam.
Unfortunately for the dopamine’d masses, it requires an individual doing leg work while undoing deeply programmed propaganda.
The Vatican created Hitler (not his real name, and grandson of a Jew banker) and they also created the Bolsheviks (none of them use their real names) to create this very important spark in that region (Israel).

The is no one single bomb in existence that can destroy the entire continental United States, not even remotely close. The largest nuclear bomb ever detonated, the Soviet “Czar” bomb, had a complete destruction radius of approximately 22 miles, with substantial damage out to a 55-mile radius. That’s a little over 3,500 square miles. The continental US covers over 3.1 million square miles. It would require almost 900 of the largest nuclear bombs, of which only one was ever built and that was over 50 years ago, to destroy the US. And that’s not even counting Alaska and Hawaii.

I am grateful to have broken the spell a long time ago allowing me to go into areas of learning that I might not have.
