Ya it sucks which is why I haven't read any of the posts other than the ones I replied to. I saw the thread, put in my post without reading any of it other than the title and then just checked my post history and replied to the people who replied to me.

I remember an event from my childhood. Some guy and his son were riding on a tractor pulling a bush hog. They hit a bump and the kid fell off the tractor and went underneath the bush hog. It was not a pretty sight.

Good friend of mine died years ago in a hunting accident. He brought a friend who had never been hunting before in a duck blind. The noob left his safety off and stood his gun up against the side. The gun slid down and went off at point blank.
Closed Casket. I was supposed to go with them that morning but over slept. I still get goose bumps thinking about that.

When I lived in Houston I worked for a forensic engineering firm in the Industrial, International, Chemical department. Everything from plant explosions to citronella candle fires.

When I was living in Austin this girl was friends with my ex. I always thought she was pretty. She was drunk and tried breaking into a restaurant that she used to work at one night. She got stuck in the air conditioner vent. Was in an area of the parking garage where nobody could hear her. Died of dehydration several days later. I think someone smelled her or they tracked her on a security camera is how they discovered the body.

They survived and I didn't know them but I'll add it anyway because it's really fricked up.
There's a tradition of HS students renting out beach houses here the week before graduation and they all party. A couple of years ago, they were idiots and filled up vodka bottles with anti-freeze because it looks cool under blacklights or some shite. A girl didn't know it was anti-freeze and started drinking it. Started melting her organs.

Not the same person. The girl I knew died in the '80's. She'd be in her early 50's now.

Knew a kid that died in 6th grade the exact same way. We weren't good friends but his brother and I played on the same Pee-Wee team. We hungout at the high school game the friday night, told him I'd see him at my game tomorrow. He died the next morning
