well there's a reason he is in his 30's or 40's and still working behind a bar

CSB: Years ago some door man at Freds thought my ID was fake and took it. Had to call BRPD to get my ID back. Wasted a precious hour of my friday night.

I wonder what kind of ID it was, I dont think its very easy to crumple a common access card. They are pretty hard plastic and not laminated like a blockbuster card.

I’ve never been more heated about a non-racial interaction with someone and the straight disrespect he had for fellow service members ESPECIALLY when some of us (if not all) joined the military because of 9/11 and how it shaped our upbringing,” Cook posted on Facebook.

This dude felt the need to say “obviously my situation isn’t as bad as black peoples” lololol.

I’m actually king of glad this happened to him after that comment honestly haha

he seems like the "thank me for my service" type.

The bouncer is a dummy, it doesn't make him more of a dummy or a worse person because the ID happened to be military.

You don’t even look old enough to know about (expletive) 9/11,” he said.

Is that a requirement to be in the military? 9/11 was almost 20 years ago. There are people that were born after 9/11 in the military, and people who were under 2 then that are now old enough to drink

Maybe he was talking about "racial interactions" he has experienced before, wasn't he actually black? Or was that just the friend? You see at least one black guys hands when he is leaning on the bar. Either way, those dudes kept their cool a whole lot better than I would have.

CACs (at least according to my son) are not handed to someone. He has a tendency to guard his with a zeal.

I knocked a bouncer out at a bar once over this shite. I was 24 or 25 at the time and he tried to confiscate it as a fake. To be fair I'd already pregamed a bit and so got belligerent quick, he put hands on me and I laid his arse out. Got my ID back and we rapidly exited the premises. Cool story bro, I know.
