Why grow up? Going next week.
We have passes and DVC. No shame.
We like theme parks and rocket launches. If we spent $20k per year on hunting, would that be ok?

I love Disney and video games. 
Disney is fun as shite for the most part. I’ve gone with kids, without kids, in a large groups of friends, etc. Its always fun. I get that some people are completely gay for Disney, but outside of obsessed weirdos I never got the Disney hate on this board.
And I’m 42. I literally grew up as video games grew up. My generation was the first to really have VGs prevalent in their lives. So I’ve loved them since I was literally a child. So why is it weird that I still like to play them? Is it weird if you still love sports if you loved them as a kid? Or if you liked to read and still enjoy it? Or liked comics and still do? Is it weird if you liked taking things apart and put them back together as a kid, and you’re now a mechanic? Etc?
The OT is so obsessed with trying to hate things or call things trashy. It’s weird.

They both are in somewhat chapters In the same book
You are seeing the first generations of children that grew up on both grow old. You’ll start seeing more of both of these as future generations grow old with them. I honestly don’t see anything wrong with either group finding joy in it. It’s just like anyone else finding joy in something they group up with as a child.
So fans don’t bother me, it’s becomes a problem when they start making it a part of their personality

Ill admit with shame I do this several times a week. Its the only way I can keep up with my buddies out of town though.
Also in my defense this is after a day of doing carpentry work then hitting gym. Im also terrible

I don't really care for Disney or play many video games anymore, but as long as the adults aren't neglecting their usual responsibilities, who am I to judge how they entertain themselves?
