My wife was laughing at me the entire time. We went over to the bridge and about 30 of them were sitting their smoking cigs

I don't get hassled by the general frauds in the quarter for some reason. I do try and look at them like I'll rip their heads off if they speak to me, but that is probably pretty common in their world.

Are the idiots that walk up to you & say "I am giving you a citation for having too much fun" by the way for $10 you get a colorful hat like this if you contribute to our scam charity" still in the Quarter? I hated those people when I lived there.
