Not to mention, the oldest boy look like he's old enough to look after himself as well.

All of the kids except the 4 year could have taken care of themselves.

Within about 10 to 15 minutes, Linley noticed he was gone and found him at his friend's house down the street.

But in the meantime the friend's mom called the police, and about two weeks later, Henderson was arrested in front of her children, according to Reason Magazine.

If convicted, Henderson faces a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a fine of $1,000.

What an a-hole mom. Why did this friend's mom not call the parent? Why not take him home? Because they're an idiot. That's why!

When I was fifteen-years-old I lost my mother and my father in the same month, Linley, same month. 12 brothers and sisters I was the youngest one of them, now I wasn't ready either, but they needed me.

Stupid. Neighbor who called the police should be put in jail. What a waste of resources because of an unfortunate accident.

Thaddeus, had slipped out of the house when he saw his friend outside and went to play with him in Blairsville, Georgia

They make it sound like the kid went two states over.

or something great could have happened like stumbling upon a briefcase filled with money, saves a kitten stuck in a tree, or saving another kid who was going to be bitten by a venomous snake.

So she decided to work to provide for her family instead of taking free handouts from the government. Good for her.

Also sounds like the little children are normally in daycare. It is difficult when daycare is closed but you still have to work.

The article insinuates bad parenting.

When i was growing up, it was good parenting to kick the kids out of the house to come back inside at sundown.

This is such a clown world.
