Maybe so, but that permanent fixture may not be nearly as severe as it has been for this initial outbreak, with or without a vaccine.

All viruses evolve over time. Covid may get weaker for all we know and some other thing flares up.
It’s not something we can really control either way, so no sense of being scared over it. We just try to prepare for the next pandemic and live the best life we can.

And? What are you suggesting given that this is the case? I believe they are partnering with many companies on many potential vaccine candidates.

Nothing whatsoever. I do not believe the conspiracy theories and think this Moderna vaccine is the most promising one.
I was simply confirming to the poster that sarcastically asked how much Fauci had invested in this one that he is in fact affiliated with this vaccine.
Others can run with their conspiracy theories if they want. It was simply a statement of fact.
