Pure speculation, but I’m wondering if he was abusing one or both of the girls and Mom found out? He freaks, kills Mom and takes the girls for a little more fun before killing them.

I understand that SSRI’s can create different side effects in different people, but come on. I’ve been on SSRI’s for 30+ years. You should see my killing path.

It is a common meme these days after a mass shooting to do the whole SSRI "just asking questions" stuff. He may be playing crazy using the same meme.
