It shouldn’t have to be this way.
In a case like this we should have a trial and kill within 6 months

When its this cut and dry and we know what happened we should handle this like Russia or China and clear the issue as soon as the sentence is handed down.

Firing Squad - within 48

Cheap death, offender no longer can offend.

It's based on the actual evidence we know now.

That may change as more evidence is revealed.

We should save the bullets and just use a rope. It's cheaper.

No just god would ever let something like this happen.. im sorry, but ‘HE works in mysterious ways’ just don’t cut it for me when it comes to the murder of this beautiful little girl.. but by all means, go thru all the typical mental gymnastics to explain it, or make sense of it, or whatever .

The free will God graciously gives us includes the free will to choose the darkness and evil that is the absence of Him in our lives. God hates sin, but loves us. God does not let something like this happen.

As far as being against the DP for religious reasons, "Thou shalt not kill" has to be a mistranslated verse. God Himself called on people to kill both man and animal.

You mean like the same evidence that shows they were found in an area filled with cages that he "randomly" showed up to?

The police officer in the local Fox News video said the 4 year old "was dumped in a location used to traffic children".

Sounds like he killed the mom with the intent to kidnap and sell her kids.

The comment from the officer regarding animal cages in the woods kind of raised my eyebrow. I mean, wouldn't animal cages make sense in a setting where wildlife would be present and managed? Just thought the immediate jump to child trafficking was kind of strange. The majority of these kind of cases seems to involve the primary perpetrating wanting access to the kids for his own perverted desires.

Was also pulling on house doors, was he gonna steal a new house?

You should probably sit this one out

Tell me what specific evidence you know at this moment that says he had any idea what was on that property. That doesn't exist. There isn't even any direct evidence that there was sexual abuse of the minors at this time, but that is a logical assumption that would fit the patterns.

If his plan was to take these girls to a sex trafficking ring after brutally murdering their mother during an Amber alert, he may be the dumbest criminal in the history of the world. Theoretically possible, but he's facing some stiff competition

Yes. That's why I was highly irresponsible for him to make that comment without any evidence or providing the public with more evidence to back up the thought.

I looked up the area this morning on Google maps and it looks just like the place where you would expect people to have Coon traps and things like that

So let me understand this. You post an opinion based on what the news is reporting, that's A ok fine.

Other posters do the same and you chastise them?

You really are a turd in the punch bowl on this site, I never used to think that. You're a special kind of arrogant because you're an attorney and have a touch of autism. You need help.

Chain him to a tree out by where he was hold the girls. Let the coyotes and hogs finish him off. At least nature benefits.

House doors? I never saw that specifically. What I read implied car doors.

I've already said he is likely to get the death penalty. I have not objected to that outcome, either.

I mean….. the best place to find the keys to the car would be in the house, no? Not many folk leaving their car keys in their cars in the year 2024 of our lord.
