Madison city council voted against cops having body cams, but some are blaming the police for that.

Unfortunately not if what I am hearing is accurate. City Council voted a few years ago to remove bodycams from their officers. Police protested. Measure was passed.

They have no shame. You can't embarrass them and you can't humiliate them.
You could produce a video where the perp talks about going out and hoping to stab a cop, or a video of his dying words saying "i'm glad I stabbed that cop" and they won't care.

Just let him be, shot him in the leg, let him stab him then shoot, de escalated or cleared the area…..
