The bar exam isn't difficult. There is just a ton of information to get a basic understanding of and, especially for graduates with jobs, the consequences of passing/failing are substantial.

I'm thinking downing but there are marks on the body where he got bounced on the some rocks, bottom of the ocean, etc that they will try to paint as defensive wounds
Probably something a gulf coast coroner has seen dozens of times and associates with drowning but a DC examiner might not be familiar.

Exactly. Crump is going to state that the independent autopsy is inclusive of foul play especially if there's any evidence he hit some rock or debris. Then he's gonna hope like hell or maybe even try to hire someone comes forward with a story they witnessed something but just now speaking up b/c they were "scared" or some other reason. Remember they wanna give someone 50k for this. He wants to create a war amongst races not peace. Remember how he represented the George Floyd family and near the verdict time got the city and media to go public that they'd given Floyd's family 25 million? Would that not help sway the jury that Chauvin (and the city) were guilty?
Crump is a very evil man. He'd watch an innocent white man be locked up for his own agenda aka Chauvin.

Is there a kiddie version of the test they are giving some people or are most lawyers exaggerating just to make themselves look smarter?
It is difficult but not impossible if you can rote memorize the Barbri stuff (bar exam study material) and apply it before the test. I have met some of the smartest people in my lifetime in my profession and on the other end some people that prove why lions eat their young.
Crump is obviously on the lions eat their young end. I was never a genius in school, terrible at taking standardized test, and had to really study. But, I’m decent at what I do…it has more to do with people skills that translates to jury success.

Just speculation on my part but for him to do the interview at this point and with the autopsy coming out tomorrow “supposedly”, this kinda feels like they were told they were cleared of any wrongdoing

Same Youtube channel from about a week ago Ben Crump a week ago was already leaning heavily into a family has a right to pursue civil court damages
As expected and I didn't know a week ago the family who was in the interview with Crump has already admitted they were going after civil damages

They will sue for negligent entrustment at the minimum. They will sue the parents that own the boat at the minimum in that claim. Possibly look at dram shop claims if they can track down if any business sold the minors the alcohol. Pretty much sue every white kid’s family for something…”kill’em all let God sort the bodies” type approach.

I will give you the most legally correct answer, and it is the one people hate most…”maybe”.
There would have to be (outside of obvious liability) a lot of connecting the dots the plaintiff side would have to do.

The boat had nothing to do with his drowning, which happened like 10 hours later.
That’s like dying of a drug overdose at a party at 2 am and suing the owner of the car that dropped you off at 7. The two have nothing to do with each other.

Note I did not say it had anything to do with his drowning. I’m just telling you, in my opinion, the claims they will bring. Brother, you can bring a suit for anything…the question is does it have merit. And in my opinion, that will be one of the claims made. Because you can bet there is going to be a civil suit. An estate has already been opened to have the mechanism to bring suit.

Yeah people saying him being drunk should shut this case down, but it just opens another one. This stuff is the world we live in today. I hate it but it’s the race stuff that I had my biggest objections to.
