It's 100K. Tyler Perry texted during the funeral that he would match it

Sharpton only promised 50k if there is a conviction. So he really didn’t put any money up.

Tyler Perry will get hasn’t already and kick some down to Al for hustle.

This is a personal injury case

No.

If anything, it's a wrongful death case IF AND ONLY IF someone else's negligence caused Nolan's death.

If it is accidental drowning like LEOs think, then the Gulf of MEXerica is guilty.

In this interview, Warren said they never went to Nolan's house.

This would explain why Christine Wonsley said that Tracestin Shepherd wasn't best friends with Nolan. It is clear she didn't know everyone he associated with.

Tracestin Shepherd is the kid's name.

Why you me? I didn't name him.

Do you seriously think that means he's questioning YOU?

Pleases tell me you're smarter than that.

The boat had nothing to do with his drowning, which happened like 10 hours later.

You can sue for anything and they could claim boat owners were negligent and not keeping up with proper maintenance that caused the boat to take on water that caused the boys to leave early and abandon Wells.

It likely won’t hold up in any court, but it would still be a pain in the arse for the boat owners for a long time.

No but that name has been brought up previously as well as the video where he, Tracestin (pronounced Tray-stin) said that he was the one in the altercation with another guy who had stepped into a fight he was having with his girlfriend.

This is why even though I want to self insure my house, I don’t. The cost of defense for a frivolous claim would dwarf my premiums.

Side note is I carry a large UM policy because of all the people in Louisiana that have minimal liability limits or not insurance at all.

So basically paying to prevent BS claims and other people’s negligence.

The civil suit money to be made here is IF the family can prove that alcohol may have contributed to the outcome, and that a business sold the alcohol to someone underage.

A drunken Paul Murdaugh killed a girl in his boat after having purchased alcohol illegally from a business, and that civil suit is still working its way through South Carolina civil court.

Just looked it up. That girl’s family got a $15M settlement from the convenience store and even though he was 19 he bought the alcohol with his brother’s valid license. That’s a tough verdict assuming his brother looks like him.
