The timing of this "study" couldn't be more obvious. The study comes out the same day the announcement is made.

Generally rule is if it’s too good to be true, it almost always is. You have to work to lose weight. It shouldn’t be easy.

My doc was telling me today about two diabetic injections that might result in weight loss and all the fatties are getting the shots causing a shortage and diabetics are scrounging to find the meds.

Well, there are hundreds of medications that can successfully control diabetes, the reason the diabetics are wanting this medicine is because of weight loss.,.. if they are having trouble finding these meds simply ask their Dr to switch to a more readily available medication

Remember when people were eating Lay’s potato chips with Olean added to them and they were shitting themselves spontaneously….

My boss is doing this. I never thought she was over weight by any means. She looks like a solid OT 4.5 now.

Could always go back to the well and eat Olestra products.

Keep fat off by having fat that doesn’t stay in your system, lose more weight by fricking up your digestive system like a case of Super Montezuma’s Revenge.

Yeh I don't buy it

Ozempic is the same shite and it's been around since 2012, and used in treatment since 2017 meaning it had already gone thru animal trials etc.

Wegovy is pretty much just a commercialized form since they found it was so effective at weight loss, why not use it for weight loss instead of just diabetics?

It's not like it's a brand new medicine is what i'm saying.

ill be interested if this research hits pubmed however.

@ the pretentious gym guys mad that people lose weight differently than them….yet there are 20 page threads about peptides on this board somewhere.

Im not taking this one, but I have been taking a different shot that’s on the market and I honestly have to stop taking it because I’ve lost TOO MUCH weight and too many inches (40 lbs and 4” @ the waist) with little to no side effects in about 6-7 months. I just don’t eat as much. That’s what these shots do. I guess I can go post in the 500 page “PUT DA FORK DOWN” thread on the fitness board or does that not count there either?

Posters whine because people are fat. Fat people lose weight, but not the way posters want them to and continue to whine that they’re no longer overweight, but didn’t do it the conventional/their way.
