There really should be situations where police could beat the shite out of someone while arresting them and it be legal.
Obviously the language would have to be pretty specific because you don't want police being able to beat the shite out of people for some bullshite personal reasons and then be able to do it legally, but someone like this joker.. They should be able to treat him like a red head step child.

That's why I respect mosquitos and roaches more than trans people.
Sure they're pests and carry disease like a tranny, but at least a mosquito knows it's a mosquito, and a roach knows that it's a roach.
