That on top of the cop saying they tried to get him in the police car for over ten minutes.
So unless you can point out when it occurs on the video, it appears that this is just made up.
Full Video

2:45 mark of your video.

There is another video out from the store that this happened in front of that shows them get him out a cuff him and go sit him down on the sidewalk.

The guy was cuffed, restrained, not at all a threat. A knee to the neck for 10 minutes AFTER THAT was not necessary regardless of what led up to it.
That on top of the cop saying they tried to get him in the police car for over ten minutes. Again we don’t have all the evidence and I will wait until we do before I throw multiple cops under the proverbial bus.
You "all the evidence" types are pathetic. Do you need to know what the guy had for dinner last night? You always want to know all this irrelevant shite that cannot possibly justify what happened.

So it doesn’t matter if they had the guy ‘restrained’ and he fought through it and still posed a threat?
From the video I saw, I don’t think that the cops used excessive force to keep this guy restrained that still posed a threat. Again, I don’t know if that was the case until more evidence comes out and I am not saying the cops shouldn’t be charged.

Agree with all of this

and still posed a threat?
You can’t say he posed a threat when he was unconscious and maybe even dead for that matter.

What a ridiculous post.

You're responding to an alter. His username is likely a play on being a "white gravy" Chambers.

No, it doesn't matter if the guy fought through being "restrained" a dozen times before the video. All that would do is further the evidence that these cops are fricking awful at their jobs.

The whole thing is strange. They had the dude out of his car, cuffed and sitting for three minutes, then they walk past the closest police car, cross the street, etc. It looked like the least efficient arrest setup you could imagine.
It doesn't matter if he has 125 whole crack rocks in his system or if he resisted getting into the car for 10 minutes, the bottom line is that the dude was cuffed and subdued when he was on the ground and he clearly died because of the officer not letting up on his neck. He was surely having no health struggles during the first part of the video when they got him out of his car, cuffed him and had him sitting down or when he was walking across the street. They had four freaking dudes there and he was cuffed already. They could have got him into the back of that just as easily as they killed him.

An incident can happen on Tuesday and the cops are fired on Wednesday? No investigation... or one heck of a quick investigation

They absolutely wanted to kill him. The one with the boot on his neck wanted to show the crowd what a big alpha male he was. He sure showed us!
