I can't imagine putting your weight on a person's neck while kneeling on it serves any purpose. You have to realize you're doing damage even if the guy survives.

I havent been in this thread since this morning, but is there anyway this is not murder? I mean I saw somewhere earlier in the thread that said the guy died to some pre-existing condition.
But if a guy had someone with 200 pounds of weight applied to his neck area for roughly 10 minutes, and proceeded to die. That doesnt sound like just a coincidence to me.

Looks like murder to me. If the man had a problem you hand cuff him (which they did) and call a medic. Instead billy bad arse wanted to lay on his neck while the man said he couldn’t breath and his bad arse partner let it happen. They both need to rot in hell!
