Employees have been complaining about time spent at work forever. It's not a generational thing. I don't blame anyone complaining about it. The "80 hour" work week is bullshite with today's technology. We should be working 30 or so hours a week.

With per diem, well over $100k. I never said it was the exact same and I would never take a job willingly to work 12 hrs a day 6 days a week unless I was making an absolute killing OR owned the company.

In hindsight, out of school I should have taken a job working for a logistics company that does international shipping freight. It was two years of 7 12s on and 7 days off.
I turned it down for a job that paid the same but career path was a lot rockier.
