Absolutely!
I hope something can be done like the New Mexico law that was posted above.
Side note - I told both of my sons during dinner last week ( they showed me the fight and told me what it was about )that they were to delete any such photos received from girls immediately.

America simply likes to lock people up and incarcerate, with no real reason of why they are doing so besides "well, its a law"

The cops confiscated the phone. Boy who got beat up, his mom told cops what they’d find on the phone of the kid who beat up her son.

My question is if the girls sent the pictures to his phone shouldn't they be arrested for distribution of child porn? I mean if we are are going to throw common sense out the window then make it equal on both genders.
