And if they do, that pretty much covers all of everyday life. What other OS are we to use?

This is stupid, I don't have to go into all the reasons why, but why do they feel the need to protect people from language/material that some people will be offended by? I didn't read all of it, but can't they just provide an option for people, who don't want to be exposed to offensive language and material, to block it instead of taking it away from everyone?

Microsoft is only usable if you are on a network anyway (at work), unless they make some major changes, I will never buy another device that runs windows anyway...

And really? There are games full of cursing,
Violence, sex and drugs, but saying something “offensive” is what’s wrong?

But whats the difference between the motives of the conservatives and the motives of the liberals? Religion. Conservatives at least have a spiritual/religious backing to their ideas. Why do liberals want to curtail and censor speech?

It's not just about the OS, it's cloud services too. I saw an article yesterday about a cam girl that had been using Google Drive for years to share videos with paying customers and all of a sudden it stopped working. If this is all because of the new law I assume Dropbox would be a no go too.

If they police things hard enough some new(or currently niche) peer 2 peer service will have to step up to fill the gap. Because wanting people to be on their best behavior online is like wanting teens to choose abstinence.

They have a set of three psychics in sensory deprivation tanks coming up with new forbidden terms, such as “ham doctor”.

Microsoft has vetted this idea through its Chief Diversity Officer, Chief Manners Officer, and Chief Equality Officer. I'm sure everyone is freaking out about nothing here because those three positions are always put in the hands of forward thinkers!
