We were all in a OJ sinpson ford bronco with the top off. And im in the backseat with a bad chick with a thong on! She was dancing and shaking her arse as I was beating that arse!! She turns around and says "Thank You" I was tripping so hard I couldn't hear the music per say but I saw the music notes coming out of the speaker!!

I personally think microdosing is overhyped and has no real data to support its utility. You also have to be careful with it and make sure to go through periods of abstinence, as it could possibly have a cardiotoxic aspect to it.

Absolutely. (Although I second the remarks about diagnosed bipolar/BPD/psychosis - probably smart to avoid if you have any of those.)

But a well-curated macrodose absolutely could provide you with fulsome short, medium and long-term benefits. I recommend doing so in a legal retreat setting. There are some in CO and OR, but I recommend going to Jamaica or Costa Rica.

MycoMeditations in Jamaica is the gold standard for a western therapeutic model of high-dose psilocybin work.

A retreat lasts a whole week and you would dose 3 times. The staff to guest ratio is like 1:1.5 and and there are therapists, psychiatrists, nurses and facilitators all on staff.


You could also consider ayahuasca retreats and/or iboga retreats. However, I think psilocybin is a very natural place to start for everyone.
