It is absolutely not. In what world would CNN be liable for reporting what’s already been reported by local police? But you already know that has nothing to do with the decision to not report the race. Keep carrying that water.

Then why was it cleared by the legal dept of every major network and all the local news channels covering it?
Any liability is waived when you are just reporting what police are stating.
