Yes the young part is subjective.

I never got my levels checked until 40ish. They were just above the low range but I was feeling better than ever. Two more tests through PCP in subsequent years were also in healthy range but low (mid 200s).

Still feeling as good as ever with energy, sleep, playing basketball with athletic 20s guys, etc.

I will eventually try something but hoping I can continue feeling great until mid 50s. Some might argue I should’ve started at 40, others would say that’s too young given my overall health and energy were still great.
