I'm not sure but I saw a study showing that people who are actual out and about having sex with people have much higher sperm count than when you sit around at home by yourself.

Seems like you would incresase your chances of contracting HPV the more you sleep with. This virus is responsible for most cancers in female and penile carcinoma, especially strains 16,17 and some of the 20's (can't remember off the top of my head).
That being said over half of the people on this board if you have slept with over 4 people have it/carry it. Protection helps but is not perfect do to the fact it's spread by skin to skin contact, not membranes.

I can tell everybody that prostate cancer is no fun. 30k men in the U.S. die from it each year. I don't know about that multiple partner stuff.
