Steve never loved you. He just wanted someone to watch RomComs with and dance with to Depeche Mode's greatest hits.

Last week for the first time in many years.

I am adopted and I have searched for my biological father for 40 years, since birth. I was born in another country and moved to the USA but was able to eventually get documents from that government that had his name. A few more years of searching go by but eventually through DNA testing I found his sibling, my aunt, and was able to connect with him and explain my story. He had no idea that I was born. On the first call we had last week he said "I would have loved having a son". I wept right there.

The last time I wept uncontrollably was December 2022. It was c catharsis or a healing. I did it in front of 4 people. My man card was unjustly suspended for two weeks but I DNGAF. I have since returned to abnormally high levels of male assholery.

Any number of days after our son passed in 2019. It took being not drown is depression to realize how much PTSD we had. It never truly goes away and it turns into guilt that you feel as if you’ve forgotten them.

I've shed a few as well for you brother

seriously admins, it’s time for the Oweo treatment for fareplay. and to be honest, i think Oweo would create better threads than fareplay.

When I saw my baby’s face at my wife’s 8mth ultrasound. Due in the next few weeks and I’m sure I’ll cry again. First child for the both of us

But seriously, that’s an incredibly emotional event and 1,000% worthy of weeping for joy.

A mom that lives down the street has 4 boys aged 5-12 and her and husband are the nicest people. She found out she has a rare cancer and a tumor that is extremely large a week or so ago. So large they’re going to do very aggressive Chemo in hopes that it shrinks enough just to do surgery. One of her kids was over the other day playing football in the yard with my son and I casually asked ‘How you doin man ?’ He said ‘I’m ok but my mommy is really sick.’ I locked myself in the bathroom upstairs and completely lost it.

The last time I wept was when I realized I left the tray of meat pies and hot sauce along with my breathalyzer in an Uber.

When my dad passed I was numb. Driving I40 to the airport I lost it. Teared up a few times since but that was a full blown cry. Had to pull over. Glad I was alone.
