Stick to public events everyone, including your wife, can enjoy together. Your friend will get involved with somebody eventually. With any luck - Y'all can do some swappin' in the future.

This is true, if she's attractive.

Yep. Unless he's gay. Even then be suspicious. Some guys will stop at nothing for a piece of arse.

Fat chicks are the only exception.

But even then, at least you know a BJ is always on the table.

Agree 100%. I've ever only maintained 'friendships' with a girl I thought in the longrun I had a chance with.

Yep. Back up pussy. Keep some online just in case. The other side of my bed will never be cold.

Maybe not in college days, but I have been friends with my golf partner who is a very attractive woman (no pics)20 years my younger since 2012. We play golf; hang out; go out to dinner; go out drinking (I'm the DD); and just have a lot of laughs. I was at her place last night and we talked about doing a golf road trip together in a double occupancy arrangement.

She talked me into joining a dating site. I consider her one of my two dearest friends ever.

Yes you can. Friends with my ex. We fricked, dated, didn't work, amicable breakup and were great friends. No attraction on my end, or hers

I agree about fat chicks. :-(

No attraction there. It's just not happening.

I've had some very weird relationships in this kind of situation

I've known one girl for about 7-8 years now and well go through stretches where we won't talk for 6 months and then well be hanging out every weekend for a couple months, and it's like 90 percent platonic. But then we get a little drunk and fool around....and then never talk about it again and go on like nothing happened. It's kind of weird

I have had lots of chick friends that I got it on with randomly. Never talked about it, but they wanted it, and so did I. We were friends, so why not. Probably had sex with at least 75% of my chick friends at one point or another. Never awkward or anything, and we continued being friends afterwards.

You've just got to be a grown up about the situation and realize that you're friends and both just want some arse every now and then

So the OP is happily married, yet still wants to frick his best (girl) friend.

How long do you think it will be before the OP deletes his posts 'cause someone found out he posts here?

troubl, you are too kind. :blushes:

My golf partner and I talk about meeting someone often. She's very pretty and I am not really all that homely, but we haven't found anyone yet.

I did meet someone over the summer who I really enjoyed. The chemistry was there, but the timing wasn't. Timing is everything in life. Maybe I'll meet someone, maybe I won't. The other women I have met, just didn't do it for me. It's hard for me to believe that it has been 4 years since I have been in a serious relationship. But I don't feel or believe that it's a must have right now. The last thing I ever want to be is desperate to be in a relationship.

You don't think people can have feelings for more than one person at a time? It's happened to me.

OK, Owlvis, since you saw my picture -- I admit that I am homely. I knew I shouldn't have posted a picture.
