There was a huge increase in wealthy white females in BR in 2016. Dont know why, but last year i was getting triple booked frequently compared to 2015.

Wow. Goes to show you when I see millennials that are living in New York or Cali and still affording trips overseas that means their parents are paying for all their shite.
You do know flights to about anywhere in the world routinely go for less than $700 right? Europe flights RT routinely go under $500. Asia around $600 to places like Bangkok. A hostel is very cheap. The world is a lot cheaper to travel around these days. It isn't 1955 any more.

Look, maybe you guys are the hypocrites here. Keep saying "have to pick stem", but in reality there are tons of specific skill sets that are in demand that you dont look for.
Yoga teaching is a hot trend right now especially in the south. take your head out of O&G

I'm 30, so a millennial.
I don't live in NY or California, but I live in an expensive city.
My parents pay for nothing.
I'm headed overseas tomorrow for a trip, which was paid for with my money.
GFY.

Is this really that bad? Most people start at the bottom, not the top. Geez at the entitlement.
This isn't the fricking 70s. 30K a year wont quiet provide for a family like it will now. Inflation pimp.

Blaming millennials for the state of the country is like blaming Trump.
The real blame is placed on baby boomers and Gen X. They have been influencing the country for much longer.

I don't know you, so I'll assume you are being honest. Even if you are making 6 figures, that alone does not represent the average yoga instructor.
All the medical and technical professionals on this board are saying is that ON AVERAGE multiple people in technical disciplines make more compared to fine arts (or in your case, yoga).
Average instructors makes around 25/hour.
Pascale yoga
You obviously can make more depending on your location, your clientele, and your brand.
I agree with you in that there are multiple ways to make money. But sometimes I feel people are dishonest about "the specifics" of their career. You have supportive clientele which helps you out. The average yoga instructor does not match up to the average engineer without that level of support.
