This city was already a shithole for its size and what it can offer this country… now with the murder rate through the roof and wanting to give 10 year olds condoms it IS the biggest shithole in all of America…. BTW I do not want ANY political responses….. the crime and disgusting crap in Chicago has been going on for decades……

You people really do like to get enraged by only reading headlines. 8th Graders are 13 and 14, who we all know, especially in inner-city schools, are having sex. Abstinence education is just another failed policy in this country, at least make sure they are being safe and (hopefully) cutting down further on teenage pregnancy.
Sure 5th graders don't need condoms, but they aren't the only kids at the school.
