has it been unequivocally established that this was random road rage?

is it possible Joe and Gasser knew each other?

Unequivocally? No, but there have been no indications they knew one another.

No, it is an illusion. The white line you see in the "before" picture is the line for the triangle area between the yield and the intersection. Look at the relation of the Audi to the suburban.

Yeah, its just perspective. From the initial pictures without knowing the intersection it looked like they may of both been stopped at the red light by the line. Now it certainly appears like McKnight pulled up and parked in an odd spot to confront gasser.

1. Gasser did not stand over McKnight and shoot him
2. Gasser fired three times from inside his vehicle (the three bullet casings were found inside his car)
3. McKnight was not apologizing before he was shot
4. No video thus far of the incident
5. Protesters warned not to block West Bank Expressway...protesters told they can peacefully protest, but will not be allowed to block roads...
6. Person that raised Joe McKnight used to be JPSO deputy
7. Road rage incident started on Miss River Bridge, continued on to Gen DeGaul, and then on to Berman Highway.
8. One of the men cut off the other...possibly recklessly
9. Gasser does not have law enforcement background
10. Gasser has a police record from an issue 10 years ago
11. Stand Your Ground defense may be at play here
12. Police still trying to find witnesses that would have seen the incident

want to know when giving false statements is going to be a crime. maybe that will start to deter all these racists to stop giving false accounts and skewing perception early in an investigation.

I don't see jail time with jails already being over crowded
For a fine it's probably not worth it to the DA.
Public defenders are over worked & the fine will probably never be paid

Although I agree 100% that it should be prosecuted I don't see it happening

appears the infiniti is a good ways back from the white line indicating to me there was likely a vehicle in front of him when this happened.

no witness has given any such statements to the police. stop listening to any other bullshite or if you listen, know it can be complete bullshite.

correct... any witness who goes to the media instead of the police is not doing it for justice at all
