The real info that debunked the witness statement was when he said all 3 bullets were fired from within the vehicle.

You haven't been wrong so far, but a few posts below yours is like 5 pics of his car on the passenger side. Were they moved? You already said the body was moved? Why were the messing with the crime scene?

Agreed. Charge these folks with obstruction of justice and watch this shite stop happening. Of course she may have only talked to the press, and there is no criminal law against lying to the press. Only a possible defamation claim by Gasser against her.

I'm actually quite smart. You're the one running your mouth saying he should be working even though he got zero charges.
Criminal cases are were you need $$ for defense. A civil case would be over with the quickness considering no criminal charges were rendered. But carry on.

Doubt it. All of the findings will go to a Grand Jury for a hearing and final say which is standard protocol in this situation IMO.

Absolutely agree. My perspective is that I ASSUME that everyone else will shoot me if I approach their window. See what I'm getting at? It's terrible tragedy and a painful lesson regardless of the outcome. Road Rage murders are too common and so preventable.
