165 murders in NOLA this year and no one questions any of them but a famous black guy shot by white man and the internet melts down!

This is all about race and has been baited for years by the media!! They are successfully training people to be against each other! Pathetic everyone is falling for it!

1) If Joe Mcknight got out first, then gasser had every right to defend himself as he had no idea what joe mcknight had on him or what his intentions were

2) If gasser got out first, looking for trouble, then mcknight was an idiot for not driving away and avoiding all confrontation.

So McKnight is in the wrong if he got out of his car first and an idiot and got what was coming to him if he got out of his car second?

Why is Gasser not in the wrong no matter what?

You have serious issues with race and perceived danger.

Everything you have posted in this thread is seriously gross.

Who interprets "feel threatened"? Someone may feel threatened by being yelled at. Is that a reason to be killed?

So let's say I bump into someone walking down a sidewalk, we exchange words, then that person comes towards me looking angry, I have the right to kill them and claim self defense?

Maybe.

But it's a whole hell of a lot easier if you're in your house or your car...

The only people in this thread making about race are the ones defending the white guy and blaming the black dead man.

Funny that.

So if someone doesn't see things the way you see them it's time for a ban? Sounds like a typical liberal. Gasser should have drove away too but he decided to defend himself instead, both men should have drove away but they didn't. Whatever happens the cops felt gasser wasn't guilty of murder or a threat to society so they set him free for now

If he was sitting in his car, it's even worse. There are more options to avoid shooting someone if you're in your car and they're not.

Yeah, I don't think people understand the law here. You pull someone out of their car (assuming that is what happened) is like pulling someone out of their house in the eye of the law. They can shoot you.

People in this thread know more than the police though. They say he shouldn't be released

you need to chill till press conference.

Even if Normand comes out and gives evidence that Gasser was in the right and defended himself, it doesn't make anything that thabigfella is saying right. He doesn't know what happened.

There is not one shred of evidence that this occurred though but for some reason people keep bringing it up.

Side Note: Brian Dejean Jones shot and killed when broke into wrong dallas apartment after him and a lady friend got into an argument (something along those lines). Semi-N.O. connected.
