Which is manslaughter.

It's a sad state of affairs when cutting someone off in traffic can end with someone getting shot.

Agree on the evidence. It needs to be released ASAP.

Zimmerman had every right.

And he's also a verifiable piece of shite who was looking for trouble. The fact that he was legally justified doesn't change that, which is my point.

I'm all for defending yourself from a threat to your life, but I also feel like there are public citizens and law enforcement officers who are quick to use deadly force when they feel as though they're legally justified. Basically, just because you can legally kill someone doesn't mean you should.

At this point, we've gone from dab saying that McKnight should've been shot for getting out of his car to someone else saying that Gasser was pulled from his car. We're talking about two different things. Being pulled from your vehicle is obviously a different situation.

What if he ends up being exactly right?

About what? He's not saying whether McKnight started it or not. He's spewing BS that either way it was McKnight's choice no matter who started it.

If he pulled Gasser I feel differently about it, that's for sure.

Whole thing sounds tragic.

Sad for families involved.

Yes, it's likely more press because it's an ex-football player. White shooting black maybe as well. The left, the BLM, the SJW, the Soros sheeple, etc have been waiting for another reason to riot.

Yeah, I don't think people understand the law here. You pull someone out of their car (assuming that is what happened) is like pulling someone out of their house in the eye of the law. They can shoot you.

You don't even have to "pull them out".

Simply the act of attempting to enter the vehicle is enough to get you justifiably shot.

All McKnight had to do was grab the door handle and pull... or bang on the door windows with the possibility they might break.

Bang. Dead. Justified.

Just because he asks some shite head kid what he's doing doesn't give the little punk the right to attack him and start beating on him. That little punk got what he deserved.

Yes bc either way McKnight had a choice to not get out of his car. Again gasser may have been wrong but 2 wrongs do not make a right, joe had a choice to drive off either way. Joe made joe get out of his car yesterday, personal accountability means something to me. I would never get out of my car either way and neither would any of you people with a brain. What exactly does getting out of the car solve when two people are angry at each other?

I mean, I thought that was understood you don't enter someone's property. I guess there is a group of people who don't understand property rights, and the ability to protect it.

Why was Joe responsible to drive away and not the other guy?

A caller to WWL made an interesting point. Does Gasser even get out of his car if he doesn't have a gun?

Yeah, but unfortunately that presser is about 4 hours too late. Whatever information you had to justify his release before 9AM should have come out then. Letting it fester for 4 hours is irresponsible.

Where's that popcorn emoji?

What would you all think if JPSO reported no shots were fired from outside of the shooter's vehicle?

Life will show you proof that there is absolutely little correlation between book smarts and common sense with some people. Some folks just don't have both.
