McDonald's visit observation as a barometer for social degeneracy

Back in the 80s, McDonald's employees looked like typical clean-cut American teenagers for the most part.
Today I visited one and more than half the staff were covered in tattoos. I'm not just talking about full sleeves but neck and face tattoos. Back in the day, people who looked like this would have been limited to cleaning out the Pot-o-Golds with a hose.
So why are people like this in a customer facing position? The reality is because this is so prevalent that stores no longer have a choice. This is pool to choose from.
I should note that this wasn't even in the hood. We are in serious decline.

When you can stand at most busy intersections, throw a rock and hit two dozen eating joints, some of them are going to have to have the methy dregs of society working.

Thanks for the update gramps. 
But you are correct and this has been an issue for a good 10 years now.
The lefts nimrod response is that if we would just respect these folks more and pay them $40 and hour and offer full benefits, they would be better workers.

Back in my day McDonald's had gold foil ashtrays and salt and pepper shakers on the tables!!!

because the money they make at their job is just spending money, their needs are met by the government. If younger, their parents pay for everything else.

I won't eat at a Waffle House unless the cook has at least a neck tattoo. It is one of the firm rules I live by, and it has never let me down.

The real question is how does Waffle House get such efficiency out of their tatted up methy types from the same employee pool?

I just want to get your opinion documented. You believe that when the majority of people each have multiple face and neck tattoos, that is *not* a sign of social decline?
