I’m saying you care way too fricking much what people who drop burgers into fryers at McDonald’s look like. Send your grandson or granddaughter to work there, boomer. Let me know how they like it. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Weren’t you in favor of a global roll out for the vaccines?
I know that you said that was the only way for them to be effective (in terms of eliminating variants).
However, weren’t you actually in favor of that course of action as well?
If so, then what you wrote isn’t quite true.

Societies change over time, especially societies highly dependent on technology.

You'd just think to yourself: "This is fine. Looks like a normal healthy society."
I don't think you have any expertise on what a 'healthy' society looks like. In addition, I don't think it is normal to use an absolutely tiny slice of American life and treat it as something dispositive. Also, given that you are prone to feeling extremely emotional about the bodily autonomy of others, I don't think your conclusions are going to be sound.
And regardless, you don't have a plan or policy that would get anyone to conform to your worldview because what you want is to complain and feel victimized. The world is changing and is leaving you behind, and you dislike that. You can either adapt or die.

Today I visited one and more than half the staff were covered in tattoos.
Quality of tattoo is a real thing, like..
You wouldnt walk up to the Yakuza and call them trash and just, walk away with a smile. But those mumble rappers who pit anything on them..yeah, it's nothing meaningful. Usually those people aren't either.

If you recall, I couched those in reasons why the current vaccine mandates were going to be ineffective, because the narrow molecular profile was going to increase the chances of prolonging the epidemic by decreasing the overall robustness of the populations antibody profile.

I bemoaned our relatively lack of ability to achieve that, especially vis a vis the similar strategy that was used during the smallpox vaccination program. I think the statement 'there is no point to vaccine mandates unless there is a global rollout' is an accurate summation of my position. I don't think I suggested a particular strategy for how a global rollout was going to happen, that I recall.

And this is why the left is insane.

We are a major player in the construction material industry nationally and locally. We conduct most of our business b2b but we do have a showroom. Manning our local (BR) showroom is a young gal that is tat’ed up. I’m talking sleeves on both arms, on her chest and up her neck.
She is, by far, the most competent showroom sales person I have ever met.

In a traditional society, some people need to be the ones to stand up to change, to say “this is how we do things and it’s worked for us”. We need to figure out how we’ll protect middle class society from those who are tatted like they don’t give a shite.

Not to sound pretentious, but I’m in Europe right now. While there is plenty of Eurotrash, for the most part you can guess what is not anywhere to be seen. Sadly it is much nicer experience from cleanliness to customer service. Can walk around downtown areas at night with no fear of crime.
