Dude is rich as F**K... This is only about lining his pockets with McDonald's ad money....and you know what, I bet it works. McDonalds will probably make this go away buy throwing some advertising money his way.

"Allen's foray into television production began in Los Angeles in 1993, when he founded Entertainment Studios with the launch of his first series Entertainers with Byron Allen. It was a weekly, one-hour interview series profiling current stars of film and television.[8]

In 2018, Entertainment Studios acquired The Weather Channel from NBCUniversal, Bain Capital and Blackstone Inc.[9][10]

In 2019, he partnered with Sinclair Broadcast Group in Diamond Sports Group to acquire the regional Fox Sports Networks, which The Walt Disney Company agreed to sell as a condition of its purchase of 21st Century Fox and Diamond Holding Group rebranded as Bally Sports.

In February 2022, Allen made a bid to buy the Denver Broncos.[12] Allen was ultimately outbid by S. Robson Walton.[13][14]"

the evidence will show that the company doesn’t discriminate and that Allen’s claims are “meritless.”

But the damage is done in terms of public image and funds paid to lawyers to defend McDonald's in court.
The problem with justice system is accusers in frivolous lawsuits should have to pay for the defendant's legal fees and for punitive damage.

Yea that's a net loss. Are they not responsible for legal fees etc?

Except for the food for which they are trading their money. Isn’t that the point of a fricking for profit business?

It is a private business and should be their business who they advertise with.

This seems like a shakedown.

EarlyCuyler disagrees, but will just shite on you instead of attempting to debate why he disagrees.

Why pay for advertising on black owned networks when Micky D’s get free advertising on Twitter, YouTube, and Worldstar? Have you seen all of the fights between their black employees and black customers at the Golden Arches?

Aren't these the same people who say fast food is killing black people because of food deserts and racism? I think it is, so why would black-owned media want to kill more black people?

The typical prog deflection. Oh, he gave a tepid “I’m not a fan of this lawsuit” but of course he saved his real ire for all of us.

Maybe the profit from the milk shake machines was supposed to go to advertising with black owned media.

I would respect the hell out of McDonald’s if they’d release a statement like that. “We put all ice cream sales profits towards black media advertising”
