Uh what? One of those "evils" is legal, so by making the argument he's clearly stating if alcohol is the bar for what's legal and not legal, than pot should be legal.

I’m not a marijuana user, nor an advocate of it. But...
Should we list all the medical problems caused by legal things like alcohol and tobacco?
Of the 3 marijuana is by far the least harmful, yet remains illegal in many places.
It makes no sense at all.

Non smoker here, huge advocate for legalization here (i.e I say that I'm pro 
)
I know enough functioning adults who were former potheads to recognize it shouldn't be illegal.
My only real concerns are DUI testing and worksite testing for actively being high.

Consumption of stevia is illegal according to the FDA, nutrasweet isnt.

syntheic weed isnt Marijuana 
stop using chemical concoctions as an excuse to say weed is bad
real Marijuana, the shite that grows in dirt, is harmless
all that synthetic crap is chemicals so of course it makes you feel bad and can kill you

That’s easy. Treat it like alcohol. Driving or showing up to work high gets the same penalty as driving or showing up to work drunk.
DUI is DUI the substance one is under the influence of isn’t really relevant

This is kind of an idiotic post. Lots of things that grow in the ground are harmful.
Tha should have no bearing on weather or not something is legal.

You seemed to miss the "testing" part of my comment. Because marijuana is fat soluble, it can stay in your system past the active "high" stage. No way to tell if the THC was from 1HR ago, 24HR ago or 2 weeks ago
Not being able to test definitely for an active high is a pretty big deal

The economy of illegal pot is enormous. Payroll for judges, DEA, Police, jail guards, lawyers, etc. is too large to stop. These people want to keep it illegal, not for moral reasons, but for economic reasons.
