Max Gruver was found unresponsive at the Phi Delt house

There isn't anything new in that report. We already knew he was brought by private vehicle.

no bueno.
that being said one would think calling an ambulance would probably have been smarter. they prob thought they would get in trouble if they did this but it could have saved his life. we will never know. but those kids that were involved in this will be forever haunted by this experience.

This likely confirms he died at the fraternity house and they just called the time of death at the lake.
It's pretty bad for the university and the Greek system.

I'm not sure I'm buying that this was hazing. Feel bad for the family though that's got to be beyond rough to see your kid finally make it to college and have this happen so suddenly.

No. Because driving someone to the hospital is RARELY the smartest decision in a city unless they're awake enough with a broken limb to say "i don't wanna pay that frickin amberlamps bill."

It's very likely his "brothers" drove Gruver to the hospital when he was already deceased, probably cold to the touch.

It's curious that no one called 911. Why would you put an unresponsive guy in the car and drive him to the hospital? There's something more to this part of the story, I'd bet.
