I'm sure when more info comes out, the receipt will be forgotten. Anyone know if LVPD plans to hold another press conference today?
To tell us that they can't tell us anything, will be thrilling.

Maybe I'm just not seeing it but I haven't read in this thread where people are demanding and threatening for info, or implying that they are entitled to being privy to the investigation. I think your exaggerating a non-issue
Are you simply forgetting the discussion yesterday afternoon with TenneseeGuy or whatever his name is? Dude was going off about how mad he was that they're not telling him what they know.
ETA - the mad guy above me.

FWIW, the LV Metro Police Department is saying that personal property left at the scene won't be released for another 4-5 days. That gives you an idea of the amount of shite they're going through in order to ensure no stone is left unturned.
The idea that this is some open and shut investigation and answers should be released immediately is simply illogical. As I mentioned yesterday, it took nearly 6 months for the FBI to arrest Omar Mateen's wife on obstruction charges. If you're looking for a clear and concise solution, you're going to be waiting for a while, and that's okay.
The lack of information, or the lack of information that we deem important, is not an indication of anything other than the fact the investigation is still ongoing.

Another part of the puzzle that I'm really curious to learn. He's 30 something floors up, unleashing gunfire from hell. His car was hundreds of yards away in a parking lot. He knows that LEO and SWAT will be everywhere, not to mention just the tons of people in the casino. What exactly was his plan to escape?
I think he had 2 vehicles. The one filled with explosives and one he would use to escape. My guess is he was planning on mowing down the SWAT team in the hallway and detonating the one with all the chemicals in it at the same time... the distraction providing him a window to escape in the second vehicle. Except something went wrong and the ignition on the car bomb didn't work...
There's been a lot of talk about vehicles within the crime scene not being released to their owners until they can prove with 100% certainty the ownership on all of them. This fits in with the above scenario.

Is Paddock's name on the receipt. Another forum mentioned that Paddock didn't get that suite until the day after the date on the receipt. He was in a different room.

My guess is it is from the people who stayed there before Paddock and the waiter just wanted some attention so he played it off on social media like he served the killer. He also said "I think I talked to the Mandalay Bay Assassin, and I was alone with him for several minutes". He would know damn well if it was the guy or not and there is no way he would have been in there for several minutes. Nothing to see here but an attention whore.

New receipt with time stamp. Seems the outrageous prices might have set him off

It has Paddock's name on the receipt.
The reason it says 2 guests is because he also signed Danley in using her ID that they found in the room.

It also has no visible time stamp amd spelled "Pellegrino" wrong. A poor attempt at photoshop, IMO.

Somebody here could probably answer this stuff for me....
The ID card belonging to his GF found in the room - Was it from Mandalay or another hotel/casino nearby?
Is this the type of thing that has a magnetic stripe on it that would allow access to an "EMPLOYEES ONLY" area of some sort? Even someplace as minor as a supply closet, employee restrooms...EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT? or allow usage of a service elevator to some extent?
Was wondering if it could have been useful as far as an escape plan is concerned...

The type card that you stick in the slots/other machines, tracks how much you spend at the casino (and other umbrella properties).

if there was a video of it, you'd still pass it off regardless.
