I think the Dan B story is bullshite. Jake Owen was being interviewed this morning on Fox and said when the shooting started Dan B was standing just offstage with him. You never know with Dan.

Hindsight is great and all but considering the time he was shooting, it's amazing the number of dead is not well into the hundreds.
Yeah, woulda been great if some cop starting unloading rounds into where he saw muzzle flashes in the side of an occupied hotel.

That photo has so many things going on:
1. of course all of the bodies, god rest their souls
2. no one there to try,or able, to help them, worried about being shot themselves, except for a few over in the stands on the right side
3. an ad for the concert in the background.
4. the remnants of the choas of all of the trash, etc.
5. and oddly, the image of Jesus Christ overlooking the victims , as seen on the side of the building in the background to the right of the Luxor obelisk.

Obviously it could be bullshite but just cause he was off to the side, once he took off running if he went on the opposite direction of the dude you mentioned, it's certainly possible he saw a girl get shot.

If at 35 minutes, 45 minutes, this guy was still endlessly shooting people...I think a move would have been made.

The automatic fire had stopped for a while. If it started, they would have stormed the room.
They were expecting booby traps, automatic gunfire, amd whatever else.

the two most off things to me:
a) only one picture of this guy with his eyes open in the social media era - why havent others been released?
b) no videos or pictures of the guy actually shooting the ARs?
those along without any actually released motive is very interesting

The police have been pretty quiet unless I've missed it? The guy easily could just be a quiet guy. If you have never been to Nevada, outside of Vegas there's a ton of open nothingness. Tons of room to get away.
But I'm guessing they suspect others are involved, and it's a lot easier to catch people that don't think someone is looking for them. So my guess is they are being quiet until they figure some more things out. Or rule completely he was alone.

That's what I don't understand, what happened in the 40 mins between the last shot and them breaching the room. Given the amount of guns and ammo he has it sure seems he'd shot until he ran out or they took him out, the first responders were sitting in that intersection until they figured out where he was, if you watch the cabbie video people are walking around in the intersection right below him but for some unknown reason he quit shooting by then. Be interesting to see if the guard didn't maybe wound him which made him shoot himself sooner.

I think the fact there weren't shots being fired anymore is what lead to the wait. If he is still pumping out shots at the crow you breach guns blazing . When there is now more shooting outside you have to wonder if he isn't waiting on the breach and will try to take some of the officers with him

Not sure why people are so hung up on this. The guy wasn't married and had no kids. A man in his 60's would be a likely candidate to not post pictures of himself all over the Internet - not everybody lives and breaths social media. I'm sure drivers license pictures and other images will surface at some point.
