The three down votes on this have major problems in life . Just saying

Couple of things destroyed Nebraska .. partial qualifiers being eliminated and limiting walk ons.
Nebraska was big in the California partial qualifiers for skilled position and would have 100 walk ons every year. They would get a stud or two out of that every year
